Arrival at the Woodland at 10.00
Before immersing into the truffle world, you will have a short visit to the ancient Romanesque church, accompanied by a guide explaining the art history.
At 11.00 after a brief introduction to the reality of the nose, we will start the cooking class, held by a awarded Chef of the restaurant, where you will learn to prepare the most popular Italian dishes with truffles.
Followed by a tasting and explanation of the excellent products of San Pietro a Pettine, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine, with game / competition of "blind tasting" (recognition of products blindfolded). After the tasting, guests have the opportunity to purchase the excellence at factory prices.

Prices vary depending on the type of truffles hunted:
• Black nose hooked, whitebait and summer available all year: € 135 per person for hunting or blind tasting and coking class and lunch / dinner;
• White truffle available from October to December prices provide an extra € 35 per person
• Black truffle from Norcia available from late December to March prices provide an extra € 15 per person
