Nicola is the executive manager of OnceInItaly. He read a degree in economy and management in Bologna University in the 2005 and holds honors MBA in the 2007. He worked in London as the development manager for Italian area in the tourism company as well as he was teaching various aspects of Italian food products and wine tasting. His objective is to make you taste, understand and appreciate authentic Italian arts, foods, wines, traditions and culture.

Ekaterina is the tour assistant manager and private guide. She moved to Rome almost 6 years ago. She holds 3 honors degrees: one Italian degree in History of Arts, a Russian degree in Management and a British MBA in Marketing. When she visited Rome for the first time she fell so much in love with this city that she began her third degree in History of arts to be able to share this matter with you. She travels all around Italy to find out the most authentic and unique places hidden from foreign tourists.
My names Adam im an english/Itailan guy who has been in the travel industry for over 10 years. I have worked in many countries in Europe but non of them can compete with what Italy has to offer. Starting with the North which has the fantastic Alps & Dolomites to central Italy with its green countryside & spectacular views to the South with fantastic beaches and sea,and of cause not forgetting the food. Fabrizio is a professional photographer. He graduated in Philosophy and Estetics. During the last few years he specialized in art photography and improved his technique with the knowledge of a perfect mix of art and technology; as consequence of this improvement, today he works as a freelancer in partnership with some of the most important Italian fashion designers studios. Some of his masterpieces have been also exposed at “Biennale” in Venice and in many others galleries.
